RRM (Radio Resource Management) deep dive

I has several questions about details on RRM mechanism, so I uploaded 5 videos on Youtube about RRM:
- The first video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwCxVwmHnRw) describes RRM principles
- The second video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhmnXeeLQBc) goes deeper into RRM and provides useful information if you are to take a Cisco exam on Wireless related topics! :-)
- The third video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3EnvhxjzEWU) details how RRM controls the AP channel assignment with DCA (Dynamic Channel Assignment).
- The fourth video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32YWzuXTg5M) explains how RRM dynamically reduces AP power with TPC (Transmit Power Control)
- The fifth video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yot63RsKOCg) explains how the Radio Coverage Detection Algorithm works.
Each video is only a few minutes long... hope they are usuful!

  3. I would like to second that! Thanks for all of your great posts thus far. This cert has been tough to study for and I'm pumped that you will be teaching a bootcamp as I've been close to passing the lab but can't seem to get over the top!

  4. Great post.

I was having trouble setting data rates on specific AP's. Using WCS, I see the only place to configure data rates on the 2.4GHz radio is under a global network section. I do not want to make these changes globally, only on a few devices that are in an AP group. Is there a way to configure the supported data rates of an individual AP or an AP group?
